One of the best shopping experiences I have had
The staff were helpful and courteous at all times. Calls were answered quickly, unlike many places where you have to hold on forever, and when people said they would ring back they did. And the prices were excellent. Also, the delivery people were great. We have a difficult site for access, but deliveries were on time, and without complaint. My wife and I have just purchased a Bosch induction hob top and oven from your online store and would like to express our thanks for the entire experience. We placed our order on 02/11 and for a fee only marginally higher than the cost of 15 km delivery from our local town we received our goods on the Atherton Tablelands on Tuesday 08/11.
