Great service and highly recommended
Just wanted to say what a great experience it was using Appliances On Line again. Id previously bought a new fridge - which was a great experience - so when my washing machine died I immediately shopped around and came back to the best deal at Appliances On Line. I even changed my mind the day before delivery - Id realised new machine was too big for space! Not a problem to change size and funds were transferred back into my account the same day. Delivery guys rang and confirmed when to expect them and they fitted and took old machine away - no problems. Great service and highly recommended for those a little unsure of shopping over the net. I ordered a new washing machine last week, and asked for delivery today. 7.30am received phone to let me know the delivery would be in 30 minutes. 8.00am Here on time! 10.00am - doing my second load of washing. Brilliant service! The delivery men were polite and efficient. They connected my new machine and took the old (22 years old!) machine away for me. You can't ask for better service than that. Hi, I wanted to write to thank you for the speedy service I received yesterday. I placed my order at 11am Monday, and called to check on the expected delivery time for the Wednesday. It was expected to be in the middle of the day which didn't suit as I had to be at work. Instead of waiting until my next day off (Mon), your helpful staff member arranged for my washing machine to be delivered that afternoon and within 4 hrs from placing my order I was using my newly installed washing machine!
