Quite good quality feel to the bracket itself. Super unboxing experience, that indicated that they have given some thought to get all sort of users through the install with minimum effort. Nice guides, order in the parts, we'll numbered, and even an app for those who like Augmented Reality. Only thing I ran into, was a guideline to "place TV rails as centered as possible on TV" and on my TV the VESA screw holes were located somewhat lower that was intended in the guide. A bit of math and measurement added, and the installation went without any issues. And it's really easily moved around when installed. Can you get cheaper mounts? Probably, but I guess you get what you pay for. I choose this for its features, and I'm very satisfied. I would definitely recommend this product.

mount did not stay tilted down. one of the primary things i liked was the 20 degree tilt, but it does not stay in this position

Purchased 545 thin in white.Had a tradesman to install as per instructions. Set up and levelled with supplied spirit level but whenever the tv is extended and returned to wall recheck with spirit level and always out.Keep having to adjust. Pretty disappointed for the high price paid.
