Broke.
I bought mine and after about a year, the speed dial began to malfunction. Very disappointed. Until then, I had been delighted with it's performance. I miss it but have been put off buying another.

The Rolls-Royce of blenders! I wanted a vitamix for about 10 years and finally had the means to purchase one about a month ago… and I haven't looked back since. Looking to get more greens into my diet for health reasons, I decided to purchase this top-of-the-line product because it has a seven-year warranty. I adore this machine and have finally been able to have smoothies like they're meant to be: creamy, smooth and easy!

Hello I refer to the below message, and advise - THE EAGLE HAS LANDED....!! Many thanks for the amazing service.. NEVER EVER - have I experienced such professional communication, service, nor the satisfaction of dealing with such a VERY well organised company. You certainly have the systems in-place to ensure smooth speedy dispatch and guaranteeing client satisfaction.. A virtue which is long LOST with most retailers these days!! I only ordered this item YESTERDAY AFTERNOON and here I am AT 9:20 AM the very next MORNING with the appliance delivered to my door...by a most polite attentive courteous delivery driver!!! FANTASTIC SERVICE - AND to top it all off, I received TWO communique's earlier this morning, one as TEXT and one by a clear concise courteous phone message (as I didn't even have my mobile ON at that time of the morning..YET!!!) and next. doorbell rings and here it is - AT 9:20 AM...!!!
