I’ve had my vitamix for prob 7 years now, used for a few month period 4-5 times a week until I got frustrated that it would jam and would spin trying to make a simple smoothie. Constantly having to remove lid which was a pain and stir. Used plenty of liquid. Did not overfill. Pitcher quality is poor. Cloudy and stopped leaving it on counter because looked dirty. I agree with others about the plastic quality…finally just bought a nicer looking Bullet Blender.

I bought this so it would fit on my counter, which it does. I use it every day and the original container lives in the cabinet. I do not understand why this is a worse product than the 64oz container, but it's worse. The handle is not ergonomic like the big one and it's hollow so it gets blended gunk in it and therefore it's harder to clean, too. My biggest complaint and the greatest mystery, though, is why the pouring spout is not like the big container. It drips constantly. It pours worse. I sort of hate using this container because it *feels* junky compared to the constantly delightful large container. Why on earth does Vitamix even make a container that doesn't pour well? They've already found a great spout and a great handle--use them everywhere, please! But this is the container I use every day, despite its drawbacks.
