my son bought me this product.this does an immensley good job.my only problem is the control handle which is very badly designed my handle broke and is now taped together.the product still works but i worry when i use it you do not appear to have a spare handle/switch in your spares list

Had this roughly a year, got it free with a floor steamer, used it once, heavy on the wrist, does not clean like they show you on the tv, only really any good for anti-bacterial use. Floor steamers are rubbish too. If you really need a steamer get the cheapest on the market they all do the same, or not.

Had to return this product as it nearly ruined my wonderful hard wood flooring of over 40 years standing, by turning it white! So the description of a hard floor cleaner is very misleading. It was only mentioned on page 6 of the manual that it was not suitable for my type of flooring, that is after you have lugged it all home, and unpacked it all. It would also have taken a long time to clean floors, as it was a very slow process. So it is back to old tried and tested method of very hot water, and a mop! Vax need to state clearly on the box "Not suitable for unsealed wooden flooring". ps. We do not want our details passed to any other organisations.
