Dear AO, I recently had trouble with a fridge I purchased with you about 2 yrs back. I called up your helpline, which promptly connected me to LG helpline, which in turn promptly arranged a home-based inspection thru a Melbourne based business (WAM electricals), who satisfactorily rectified the problem within reasonable time-frame. I have recently made my second purchase from your organisation, a dishwasher, and was extremely impressed by the level of service. The appliance was advertised at a lower price by a competitor and you had no hesitation in meeting their offer. Delivery took place two days later, as promised.
