Just wanted to say a huge thanks guys, you have restored my faith in customer service, we purchased a cooker online the end of last week, you kept us informed all the way and its just been delivered by two friendly delivery guys in the time slot you said it would, at a bargain price too, so we are more than happy with the service we received and will now be supporting you guys each time we need any more new appliances, thanks again Andrew and Dawn, Seaford, SA

I just wanted to let you know what a pleasure it has been dealing with your company. I knew the product I wanted, placed the order late on a Sunday night, and received confirmation of the order on Monday morning, confirming delivery date of Tuesday. At 8.25am on Tuesday morning I received a phone call advising delivery of machine between 10am and 12 Noon. At 10.10am truck arrivd, with two young men who quietly and very eficently, delivered and installed my new washing machine. They took the time and trouble to explain about what to do if I had any problems, refused our offer of a cold or hot drink, took out our old machine and left as quickly and as efficiently as they arrived, all done within 15 minutes.
