Full marks to everyone including the drivers
Not often I make the effort to send some praise out, but full marks to Colin in customer service. Our new LG front loader arrived was installed and promptly decided to overfill and drop its load and flood our laundry and adjoing room. Phoned through our issue (incidently we are still waiting for LG to get back to us)and Colin fixed the problem and arranged a replacement to unit to be delivered - full marks to everyone including the drivers - prompt efficient and very courteous - keep up the good service - I will certainly sing your praises and you have my future business!!!! I ordered my benchtop dishwasher in the 2nd week of october. The delivery date was scheduled for the 28th of October, but it ended up arriving on the 17th! I was very impressed! Dishwasher was so easy to assemble and works like a dream. Its our first every dishwasher so my fiance and i are very excited! Thanks for the excellent service and fantastic product.
