However, it was when we experienced the problem created by the GE installers and saw the level of effort that your staff went to in order to ensure that we got a positive outcome to the problem that we were blown away. The commitment to us as your customers was outstanding despite the fact that the problems we experienced were not the fault of your company. Then to receive a personal visit from you, a senior executive, to check out the problem was special. Great online shop experience. Prompt reply to queries. Delivered when said would. Would use again. The Samsung upside-down fridge/freezer I got is good for 2/3 people, uses only 1.26KWHr/day- about .26c/day. Well-priced especially as they take old fridge away at no extra charge, also unpacked & took away packing, even positioned it & turned on! Love the layout inside. Other reviews say shelves/drawers bit flimsy but I don't find that. Best small upside-down fridge/freezer for the price and lesser depth to wall means it fits flush to 60cm deep kitchen tops. L. R.
