Make me feel like a valued customer
I want to say a BIG thank you to Colin for going to so much to make me feel like a valued customer, my Samsung combo didn't dry the clothes and he didnt hesitate to have a replacement sent out immediately. I now have beautiful clean, dry clothes and feel I have satisfaction with the product I almost wrote a bad report online about in one of those product feedback forums, if anything Collin gave me faith in Samsung again, simply by using old fashion customer service..
