Customer Services Department, Good morning, Just a quick note to say the service of my washing machine yesterday was outstanding, right from the time I ordered on-line can be highly recommended. Delivery was as you said and the person who delivered exactly as you said, Brett was so nice it was no problem even though we live in a Townhouse a back of complex. I have not had service so good for a long time and intend to buy your articles in future and recommend to my friends and family. Today I just wanted to say thank you again.Best Wishes. Great service and highly recommended
Just wanted to say what a great experience it was using Appliances On Line again. Id previously bought a new fridge - which was a great experience - so when my washing machine died I immediately shopped around and came back to the best deal at Appliances On Line. I even changed my mind the day before delivery - Id realised new machine was too big for space! Not a problem to change size and funds were transferred back into my account the same day. Delivery guys rang and confirmed when to expect them and they fitted and took old machine away - no problems. Great service and highly recommended for those a little unsure of shopping over the net.
