I would like to express how happy I am
I have received the delivery of the fridge I ordered on Friday. I would like to express how happy I am with your company's level of service, not to mention price. To top it all off, it was delivered by David and PJ, who were so helpful, despite having to navigate a rather challenging course which included a couple of stair cases to deliver, and then again, to remove the old fridge, which was taken away along with all the packagings from the new fridge. Was taken away without complaint by the driver
Hi guys, Just wanted to send a quick email to say how impressed I was with the service received today by your company and especially your driver. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name, but not only was our new fridge delivered to our house first thing this morning, but the old fridge, which was not completely defrosted yet and dripping and dirty, was taken away without complaint by the driver. He unpacked the new fridge, placed in its designated spot in the kitchen and even made sure it was plugged in and turned on for me. The new fridge is fantastic and the whole process from ordering it, to it being delivered a day later free of charge was seamless. Having our old disgusting fridge taken away was also a huge bonus. As I said unfortunately I didnt catch the name of the driver, but if you could pass on my thanks for his hard work that would be fantastic. My tax invoice number was ******* and our Quotation Number was AA******HW. Delivery address ****** We will be sure to use your company again should any of other appliances need replacing. The price was alot better too
