Pleasantly surprised with the ease and speed of my purchase, both online and in real time. I placed my order online and within ONE day had my brand new freezer in my home! Although the delivery guys were quite late, they consistently rang and kept me up to date with their whereabouts, and upon arrival explained themselves thoroughly and nicely (had a few unfortunate mis-haps!). He went out of his way to find the washer-dryer to suit my needs, advised me on the size measurements, and negotiated my difficult delivery instructions! I am not the easiest customer, but he did all of this without a complaint - and was extremely friendly and agreeable the entire time.
