I cannot say how thrilled we were with the service given us by Appliances Online when we purchased a washing machine early this year. Every point was ticked, the quality and attitude of all staff spoken to and seen was excellent and when the old machine was taken away, it was the cherry on the cake. How extremely impressed I am with your staff
I am writing to you to say how extremely impressed I am with your staff, David Hodgson. I was in a desperate situation as my fridge decided to die on me this morning. I called David to go through some questions around various brands/models I was considering. He demonstrated he knew his products, he was friendly, professional, willing to help and made the entire purchasing process absolutely seamless. He was also able to see if there was any possibility that the fridge could be delivered today and lucky me, the fridge was delivered by 1.30pm. The two men who delivered the fridge were also fantastic. This is the first time I am using your business to purchase but I can guarantee, you will have repeat business from my immediate family and I will be telling all my friends to go to appliances on line for their needs. People who work for you make or break the business and all I can say is, you can never have enough of David Hodgson. Hi, Just writing to thank you for delivering our new Microwave exactly when we were advised that it would be and for your excellent communication skills. We received a confirmation of order, a confirmation that the item had been dispatched and a phone call a couple of hours before delivery advising of the time it would be delivered. As well as this you took away the old Microwave. Even though you gave us this excellent service you were still nearly the cheapest quote that we received. What more could we possibly have asked for.
