Dear Sir/madam, I just wanted to thank you for the great service that I have received from your company. I am stoked. My washing machine died last Friday morning. With 2 young children this was a catastrophe. I was recommended your company by a friend. I compared prices and ordered my machine in 1 hour. I did not have time to hit the road. I had to call your company with a question and they were very friendly and helpful. Then to my absolute shock I received a phone call at 7.30 on Monday morning (this morning) to tell me my washing machine would be delivered and installed by 9am. AND IT WAS!!! Just wanted to say thank you to everyone I dealt with when buying a fridge. Your service was wonderful, your staff always friendly, polite & a pleasure to deal with. The fridge was a surprise birthday present for my daughter & she was so surprised she tried arguing with the courier that it wasn't for her! Dont need to say how excited she was.
