Extreme disappointed . They can not delivery to me because we have no one at home so i asked them delivery to my mum house. When i got it was a week after delivery. I can bot believe in my eyes. The mat got super dirty, it is like been use for long time already, event around too. I email to the customer to ask for return and refund or at least exchange. Because i paid for new one. It is supposed to be not like this. But they said they can not do anything because policy said after 7 days of delivery i can not return or refund. I brought my washing machine, dyer machine and same this mat before up to 4K. I thinks they are quality reputation. Than buy again. I washed the mat with bleach and soap, it is look like new now. I will not buy anything or recommend this web to anyone
