Hi John, Just a short note to thank you soooooooo much for your help with our fridge. What a drama it all ended up being! Who would have thought when I first placed the order it would become such a saga. We so appreciate the extra effort you and your manager put in to get us something asap. Believe me it was a long 3 & 1/2 weeks with a tiny bar fridge!! And the new one could not have arrived on a better day - Saturday being so hot we were actually able to have ice-cream and icy-poles. Very excited children as you can imagine. You were great at keeping me up to speed with what was or wasn't happening which was greatly appreciated. Based on my recent & previous experiences of shopping online with Appliances Online I have only good things to say about it. Their service is so good. Which in this day & age, is a rare thing to find! We recently purchased a Bosch washing machine (WAE20262AU) they were very helpful over the phone with any query we had & their website is easy to navigate & purchasing is so simple. Their prices are unbeatable. I did the ring around & no-one would match or better the price! The delivery was super fast, machine arrived in 2 days & the delivery guy was on time, knowledgable, friendly & took our old machine with him!
