I don't think I've ever received service like this!
I can't recommend Appliances Online enough! I ordered and paid for my purchase in less than five minutes, could choose a day for (free!) delivery and got a highly competitive price for my new washing machine. The company texted the night before to confirm the scheduled delivery and called by 08:30 to confirm the two-hour window within which they'd deliver..how nice not to have to stay in all morning! The delivery guys were super professional and courteous, took away the old machine and packaging for the new one (again at with charge), moved the new machine into place and connected it for me. I don't think I've ever received service like this.and if I have, then not for many years. A 2014 purchase with the latest technology but with good old-fashioned reliable service with a smile. I'm new to Australia and my transaction with Appliances Online is honestly at the very, very top of any company I've dealt with since moving here from the U.S. I had been waiting over a week on my dryer from another supplier with continued empty promises on its arrival before I discovered Application Online. The AO price was better and they delivered the very next day as promised and called when they said they would concerning the delivery. Everything was very professional and efficient and the customer service rep and delivery guys were also very friendly. The best by far of any company
A special thank you for your prompt and friendly service. It was only twenty hours from the time I placed my order for a new washing machine to when I was doing my first wash in the new machine. The Team done a great and friendly service from ordering to delivery and setting up. This is the best by far of any company that I have ever dealt with.
