Delivery guys live up to their promise
I purchased a Washing Machine from Appliances Online on Wednesday and selected next day for delivery. I called to check on the Thursday what time delivery would be and was told between midday and 2 pm but I would be called before delivery. I was called about 11.45am and told they should be at my house between 13.30 and 14.00. Not only did the delivery guys live up to their promise but they were pleasant, intelligent and installed my machine efficiently, plus took the oldone away. Don't go past this company for price and service. I am totally blown away that they keep to their promises. Thank you. Appliances Online. Helen, QLD
Amazing, efficient and incredibly priced
I just wanted to pass on my positive feedback to appliances online. After shopping around for a fridge, I found appliances online, who not only beat the RRP for the fridge I wanted by $500+, but also shipped a left opening fridge to me immediately. I was so incredibly impressed that the fridge I ordered at 2pm on a Friday before a long weekend was delivered at 2pm on the Tuesday after the long weekend. Amazing, efficient and incredibly priced. Very impressed with the professional & prompt service
I have been very impressed with the professional & prompt service from Appliances Online. The website is easy to navigate, informative, product variety & availability is very good and the prices are unbeatable! I have now bought a w/machine & a few weeks later a vaccuum cleaner. When I called the customer service line about each product & new year delivery times, they were very helpful and professional.The admin emails & delivery confirmation calls were prompt professional and clear. The delivery men were fantastic - took great care, communicated with each other all the way up the staircase and were very thorough in their intructions while being fast & efficient. ...and took away both old products for free! So far both products are going very well, so I cant comment on aftersales service, and hope i never need to!
