I was amazed by how unhelpful and disinterested retail staff in each store were. I had to interrupt staff as they conversed with one another. At no time was I asked did I need assistance. And despite the fact that I really HAD to buy a washing machine I left without purchasing anything.The whole process of shopping online was just so easy with your company. And the free delivery was also much appreciated. And to that end the delivery staff were very professional, efficient and courteous. Rather than wait any longer, we went ahead and ordered it at noon one day, and the driver rang at 7:30 the next morning to give us 1 hour's notice of his arrival so we could empty our old fridge. Therefore, in less than 24 hours from ordering, we had our new fridge up and running, and stocked as well! This is our second purchase from you, the last being a washing machine.
