Thank you so much for the delivery of my Electrolux fridge. We are so happy with it. Delivery was good. Delivered the goods on exactly the day I asked
I've never bought applicances online before, and was a bit apprehensive, particularly as I wanted it delivered to a different address. I purchased a cordless vacuum cleaner to be delivered to my sister. She lives in a rural area near Echuca. The transaction went through smoothly, and you delivered the goods on exactly the day I asked for. My sister has been very unwell, and unable to use her normal vacuum cleaner. Such cooperative people it's a very pleasant change
Hi, I would like to compliment the manner and quality in the way I was treated with your company from my one and only call. I needed a frig in and I had a particular size space and I needed it the next day. I called and I was put through to Colin. I explained my situation to him and that was the end of it. He just kept at it until he found what I wanted and what would fit into the space available. I was unsure and he reassured me that he would send one the next day. He even said don't pay if it doesnt fit send it back. At around 7.30am the next day i got a call advising me that the frig would be arriving between 8 and 10am. Sure enough at that time the guys turned up measured the space then brought in the frig. Perfect fit. Thanks.
