I was a little skeptical......
Just a note to thank your company for their excellent web site and service. When I read I could nominate my delivery day and the explanation regarding delivery time I was a little skeptical......what, you mean this company will actually provide a service as part of the transaction?!?! The two delivery men were very good, they rang and arrived within the time frame and took a few minutes to explain the machines basic functions, couldn't ask for anything more.
