What a wonderful experience
What a wonderful experience using Appliances online has been, Congratulations on your staff training, the young men who delivered my new Simpson clothes dryer, Adam and Ali, arrived on time, were very polite and helpful, also I really appriciated the need to produce photo ID. Great website and the great service
I just wanted to say thanks for a great website and the great service we have received in the delivery of a cooktop and wall oven. While the delivery was delayed by a day this was not a problem as I was informed promtly and so was able to make alternative arrangements, so no problem at all. The delivery guys were great, polite, careful and on time and of course another member of your team, I believe his name is Sam... hope I got that right!, was really helpful when I spoke to him on the phone, all in all, you guys are great, well done, my thanks sincerely, hope you all have and a wonderful Christmas and I shall look forward to shopping with you again. Things are looking brighter
The stove in question was bought for Flood victims in the Lockyer Valley Queensland . That is to whence it was delivered and I believe it has at last now been installed as the mud etc has been cleared from the home and they have cooked with it. They are now growing their crops of parsley, coriander and potatoes again and with the generosity of others things are looking brighter but they are exhausted from the sheer magnitude of the floods and the clean up.
