I felt compelled to write to tell you how much I enjoyed dealing with your company recently. My new washing machine arrived as promised and as described and I could not be happier. Your prices are unbelievable - I do not know how you do it! The machine I bought was on 'special' with a major national electrical retailer last week for almost $400 more you had the same machine for. Then add in another $120 for delivery and disposal of the old machine and I am over $500 better off!The three people I have told about your company in the last week have all bought from you. How's that for the best advertising there is - word of mouth? I can safely say that I cannot see the day where I will waste half a day buying a new appliance. I will go straight to your website! Just wanted to add my feedback and thanks – I purchased a Fisher and Paykel washing machine and a Delonghi Dehumidifier - Best prices around and fantastic customer service. They gave me a call in the morning to let me know they’d be there between 1100 and 1300, they were at my door at 1105 and the guys were fantastic - super friendly and they had my machine unpacked and setup/tested in minutes – couldn’t be happier with my purchase and I definitely recommend Appliances online to anyone.
