The product has received mixed reviews. Many users found it easy to use and appreciated the rice cooking capabilities, describing the results as "perfect" and "fluffy". However, some were disappointed with the long cooking time for rice compared to other methods. The slow cooking function was also considered just "okay" and lacking in instructions. A few users reported issues with the rice turning out undercooked or overcooked. Overall, the product seems to work well for basic rice cooking, but the slow cooking and other functions may not meet all customer expectations.

Give me back my old model
We bought this to replace our 15 year old Tefal 8 in 1 slow cooker which sill worked but the bowl has seen better days, We mainly use it in winter on its oatmeal setting which has never failed. This new model, however is a huge disappointment. Yes it has a porridge/soup setting and 'AI' which *must* make it better??, (not an oatmeal setting, I think it is more intended for rice porridge?) but the porridge setting results are just a huge mess of starchy oatmeal water spewing over the benchtop and sticking to the lid. There is edible porridge at the end, but it is just not worth the mess. I hope my machine is just faulty, but I suspect not. Frankly, if you can find one, get the old Tefal 8 in 1 RK302E70 model, that works, without gimmicks.

Really happy with this multi use product!
Rice comes out perfect every time and I have made a couple of stews on slow cook mode and they have come out perfect as well. Really happy with this multi use product!

Awful product. It had one job!!!
Extremely disappointing experience with this rice cooker. I carefully followed the internal measurement lines and instructions, yet the cooker repeatedly produced rice that was stuck together in a large clump while still remaining undercooked and crunchy inside. The most frustrating part is that the cooker appeared to complete the cycle normally despite the rice clearly not being fully cooked. This occurred across three separate attempts, even while adjusting measurements and methods. For an appliance designed specifically to simplify rice cooking, I expected far more consistency, reliability and cooking accuracy than this.
