Found that the paddle broke after three years of limited use. The arm of the paddle is very thin to allow the food to pass and is subject to break. Tefal said that it was not covered under warranty as it was an accessory even though without it you cannot use the machine. They said that I could buy another one which was available from their service centre. Is this a common flaw with the machine? Would I buy one again my answer is no
