Was great for about 2 years. This is my 3rd Tefal steamer. Previously happy. Now not. Now no steam. Have followed descaling procedure still no steam. Throwing out and buying different brand

I just bought this product, I love the everything about it, how it takes little time to get all the creases out does a great job but after doing a few T-Shirts the handle was very hot, you'd think they tested this before releasing it. I'm disappointed. I now have to spend money on buying heat resistant gloves to use with it.

Purchased yesterday to have fewer trips to the dry cleaners for my men's suits and to quickly decrease my business shirts, The thing does not push enough steam out to make the process fast. It does leave wet spots.I really expected to fly though this process. I am all about saving time. It takes longer. I can iron the shirts much faster with a better job. Disappointed in the product.
