The arm of the paddle is very thin to allow the food to pass and is subject to break. Tefal said that it was not covered under warranty as it was an accessory even though without it you cannot use the machine. They said that I could buy another one which was available from their service centre. Is this a common flaw with the machine? Would I buy one again my answer is noI bought this for my son and his partner for Christmas.... Buying this item was extremely easy and delivery was prompt....., I have no hesitation in recommending both this product and appliances onlineLegendary service
