I have a complaint when I change channels or bring up the guide it is mostly wrong example tv is on 9 and its telling me its on some other channel and a certain program will be on and its telling me another program on other channel also tv will black out for a couple of seconds 2 or 3 times in a day I could freeze at the touch of a button with my old tcl but don't have that feature with this one a little dissapointing

Very good colour and shapness -but beware!
I bought this TV two months ago and am sorry I did. I received misinformation regarding the limitations of it being an android TV. I cannot connect to my iPad, cannot download iView, clunky app search procedure, clunky Netflix setup. A very dumb 'smart' TV

Guide on Remote Doesn't Work
The picture quality is excellent, but the supposed guide on the remote is useless. Doesn't provide the correct programming and the times are incorrect.

Excellent service from appliances online. Delivered on time and great communication re the delivery time. This is the second time I have purchased products from appliances online and I can't fault them. Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed. Try getting that service at one of the big retail stores. If you are thinking of buying an appliance and wonder if appliances online is as great as the customer reviews say- YES IT IS. How do I enable arc on my tv for surround sound Madman11 · 2018-07-16
Hi Madman11, Unfortunately, this TV does not support ARC. On TV's where ARC is supported, it does not need to be enabled, it will be automatically enabled from start up. Also, under the current HDMI standards, ARC will only support 2 channels of audio, so if you wish to have true surround sound, I would suggest running your audio signal directly to your amp or soundbar.
