I paid in cash after installation
Hi, I recently ordered the Simpson 7.5kg top load wash machine online. The info request was easy to follow & the phone service really helpful. 2 days later my order arrived!! After a confirmation call in the morning, the delivery guys were very efficient & friendly. I paid in cash after installation & they took my old dying washer away (& all of the packaging rubbish too). I love my beautiful new washer & will definitely be using this service again. I just wanted to give you some positive feedback on your business. My husband ordered a washer/dryer combined online on the weekend and within 2 days we were given a reasonable time frame within which the delivery drivers would arrive (which they met) and within 10 minutes they had removed my old dryer and washing machine and installed my new one (as well as put it on a drum wash cycle for me).
