I would like to write that I am immensely pleased with my new television. As always appliances online had exemplary service both the operator who took my order and arranged everything for me and the delivery person were really polite lovely and could not do enough for me. I will always buy my appliances through this company. Each time I have purchase something from them they have been amazing

I have just bought this model of TV, and I am very disappointed to find that if you are hard of hearing, and plug in a pair of headphones into the headphone socket, it has the following result. The TV speakers are turned off, so nobody else can hear any sound. (only the headphones work) I then bought some blue-tooth headphones hoping that this would solve the problem, but they behave exactly the same silencing the TV speakers. The result is that you can't use headphones if there is anyone else in the room. If you turn up the volume and don't use headphones the sound necessary to be able to hear, when you are hard of hearing makes it unbearable for people with normal hearing. This is a very bad mistake in the design, and needs consideration if you intend purchasing this model of TV Good points, it gives a good picture. It looks like I am stuck with only watching TV when there is nobody else around
