Great service and highly recommended
Just wanted to say what a great experience it was using Appliances On Line again. Id previously bought a new fridge - which was a great experience - so when my washing machine died I immediately shopped around and came back to the best deal at Appliances On Line. I even changed my mind the day before delivery - Id realised new machine was too big for space! Not a problem to change size and funds were transferred back into my account the same day. Delivery guys rang and confirmed when to expect them and they fitted and took old machine away - no problems. Great service and highly recommended for those a little unsure of shopping over the net. Wow how impressive
I bought a Maytag washing machine and my wife has never been happier.We have a big family and needed a new machine asap as our old one had done it's time.We ordered on the Monday and were told that it had to come from sydney so it would be here Tuesday week,you guys fast tracked it for us and it got here on the Friday, four day's early, Wow how impressive thanks alot. Old fashioned service
I would like to compliment your company once again on its service.I sent the email below and the next morning one of your gentlemen from Sydney telephoned to arrange for another dryer to be delivered today and the original machine to be sent back to the manufacturers as it was possibly faulty. True to form, the driver phoned early this morning and arrived on time at 10am. As the driver wanted the box to cart the original machine, he quickly unpacked the dryer and put original one in the box. My husband has had a stroke and is not able to do these things, so I was extremely grateful that it was done without being asked. Old fashioned service again. The drivers were very pleasant young Indian men who were certainly good ambassadors for Appliance on Line. It makes such a change nowadays to get a job done properly and for people to turn up within a time frame.Many thanks and I will be recommending your company to my friends and Val, Beaumaris, VIC
