You certainly have the systems in-place to ensure smooth speedy dispatch and guaranteeing client satisfaction.. A virtue which is long LOST with most retailers these days!! I only ordered this item YESTERDAY AFTERNOON and here I am AT 9:20 AM the very next MORNING with the appliance delivered to my door...by a most polite attentive courteous delivery driver!!! FANTASTIC SERVICE - AND to top it all off, I received TWO communique's earlier this morning, one as TEXT and one by a clear concise courteous phone message (as I didn't even have my mobile ON at that time of the morning..YET!!!) and next. doorbell rings and here it is - AT 9:20 AM...!!! (all the way from Sydney TO Port Macquarie) AMAZING!!!!FANTASTIC SERVICE Dear AO, I recently had trouble with a fridge I purchased with you about 2 yrs back. I called up your helpline, which promptly connected me to LG helpline, which in turn promptly arranged a home-based inspection thru a Melbourne based business (WAM electricals), who satisfactorily rectified the problem within reasonable time-frame. I appreciate the quick and courteous response , BIG THANX. Also, I wasn't billed as the fridge was still under warranty.
