Cheapest of all competitors and free delivery
Hi team, I know you probably receive great feedback all the time but I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with my experience with Appliances Online. My washing machine broke down on Thursday night. After doing a bit of internet research, I found Appliances Online to be cheapest of all competitors and free delivery! Not even 2 hours after my machine breaking, I had ordered my new Samsung machine from you (which works great, by the way) and was thrilled to know it would be delivered on Monday. I can't believe I didn't need to leave my home to buy such a large appliance and that it would be delivered so quickly and for such a competitive price. The delivery boys came in the morning and took my old machine and all the rubbish away. What a wonderful service. We sorely need companies like Appliances Online who have such a great work ethic. I have NEVER known such efficient service
I had never heard of your company before doing a google search. the testimonial page convinced me. i ordered a washing machine. the emails from your company explaining the procedure were very clear. the next day l received a phone call at 7.30am from a delivery man that my machine would be delivered between 8 and 10. 8.15 2 guys arrived with it on the door step, 5 minutes later it was installed, ready to go and my old machine taken away. I think Appliances Online are a wonderful organization. How convenient not to have to walk through a dozen shopfronts to get the service and deal I want! They were the best on price (I've bought a disposal unit and a microwave from them on 2 seperate occassions) and thoroughly professional no matter who you speak with when you call them. Delivery happened exactly as promised - no surprises. I would look for ways to ensure my next household purchase is made through them. I'm a fan for life now, they deserve many accolades!
