Hi Guys,
I have bought many things from the Internet BUT I must say that in spite of ordering on a day when the computers were playing up I have nothing but praise for all the people I have had contact with. In every case when I was told I would get a call to tell me what was going on I got one! this is not as common as we would hope! everyone was friendly and polite, again not as common as we would hope. The guy who delivered the item was very good and like everyone else friendly and polite. You have a great team working for you, keep it up and pass this on to all of them please.

Everything was perfect
We had a look at G*** G*** for our new Fridge/Freezer on Friday - chose a Westinghouse. Got home and jumped on the net looking for reviews on it and found you! You were cheaper, offered delivery, set up and taking away our old one - things that added to the cost with G*** G*** ($60 local delivery and $10 to take away our old one). I was a bit nervous ordering a large purchase on the net, but I put it through Friday afternoon on your website. We received a call Monday morning and it was delivered before 11am. We kept waiting for something to go wrong, but everything was perfect including the delivery guy who was very professional. I cannot say how thrilled we were with the service given us by Appliances Online when we purchased a washing machine early this year. Every point was ticked, the quality and attitude of all staff spoken to and seen was excellent and when the old machine was taken away, it was the cherry on the cake.
