I have been so impressed with your customer service. At a time when retailers are having a difficulty, your service made the whole purchasing process easy beyond belief. Prior to ordering from you I visited ****, **** and **** retail stores. I was amazed by how unhelpful and disinterested retail staff in each store were. I had to interrupt staff as they conversed with one another. At no time was I asked did I need assistance. And despite the fact that I really HAD to buy a washing machine I left without purchasing anything.The whole process of shopping online was just so easy with your company. And the free delivery was also much appreciated. And to that end the delivery staff were very professional, efficient and courteous. The hardest part of this transaction was deciding which washing machine to get, once that was decided the rest was stress free, there were no "hiccups" along the way and your delivery people were friendly and professional and it was great to get a phone call in the morning to tell us that they would be at our home between 11 and 1, they actually arrived just after 11.30.
