When I first ordered our new oven and cooktop for delivery on 9 April, you told us that you couldn't deliver until 22 April as the products were not in stock. After we explained that we really needed them on 9 April for a new kitchen installation, your team bent over backwards to source the appliances and meet our delivery date.
