Friendly and helpful
I bought a washing machine from you last week and I just wanted to comment on my experience. I phoned to ask some questions about delivery and was pleased to get through to a person quickly and without having to make endless choices on the phone keys. All the customer service people that I spoke to were friendly and helpful. The delivery service was excellent. They managed to inform me of the time they would arrive and managed to keep close to that time. The delivery person did the job efficiently and was not fazed by sorting out a problem with the tap. He tested the machine to ensure it was able to fill and empty and went through the basic use of the machine with me. All the paperwork was done efficiently. Just a note to say a big thank you for your execution of the above order. It was only last Thursday that we came across your website, found a great price compared with **** and ****, then and placed our order on Friday. Your website is excellent – easy to follow – great follow up with order confirmation, notes on delivery and removal of our existing washing machine. As promised, Adam rang about 7.30am to advise anticipated delivery, he and Ali quickly removed the old machine and installed and balanced the new one, took away packing materials. Prices are alot better
