Why can't everyone do that !
Would just like to say how pleased we are with the service offered by your
company. We would have no hesitation in recommending you to family and
friends. The communication has been first class and the phone call prior to
delivery is a great idea..why can't everyone do that???

Order number 1***9 in Adelaide, Norwood just got the fridge delivered - thank you very much. Pleasure shopping online and am impressed with the speed of delivery. Also saved about a $100 in comparison with buying it in a shop/s here. An immediate answer either via e-mail or phone is greatly appreciated. Cliché it might be, but one really feels a valued customer when dealing with appliancesonline. They will do all possible to help. Good old customer service, a friendly smiling face in your e-mail's in-box or at the end of a phone line. Rare thing to experience these days
We purchased our washing machine through 'Appliances Online'
over the phone. Although there was a mix up at first about
the machine being in stock and then not in stock, the
customer representative (a lady, who's name I cannot
recall)kept in regular contact with me and did all she could
to ensure our machine came ASAP, and it did! We were very
pleased.
Only two weeks later, we had a problem with the machine's
seal and it seemed that the manufacturer was claiming that
they were not responsible to fix the issue. Your
representative, Georgia Kia made an A+ effort to help us,
being understanding as well as offering a loan machine until
the problem was resolved. As it turned out the machine was
fixed, under warranty and seems okay for now but I felt that
my gratitude to Georgia needed to be mentioned to the
management and/or Directors of 'Appliances Online' . Georgia
made me feel like someone cared about what was
