Friendly and helpful

I bought a washing machine from you last week and I just wanted to comment on my experience. I phoned to ask some questions about delivery and was pleased to get through to a person quickly and without having to make endless choices on the phone keys. All the customer service people that I spoke to were friendly and helpful. The delivery service was excellent. They managed to inform me of the time they would arrive and managed to keep close to that time. The delivery person did the job efficiently and was not fazed by sorting out a problem with the tap. He tested the machine to ensure it was able to fill and empty and went through the basic use of the machine with me. All the paperwork was done efficiently. The service was great

Just to let you know we were very happy with the service provided by your company in the supply of our new washing machine. The freight to north queensland was unbelievably fast the service was great and the washing machine is excellent.It is simple to use and has a great variety of cycles and most importantly it cleans the clothes realy well in a normal time (some front loaders are sooo slow).
