Terrible product for a company that USED to pride its self on quality , good value electrical products,.....takes ages even on max setting to ONLY HALF cooked(toast) MY mixed grain bread from Helga's ....its going back I only brought it yesterday !!! ,,Rubbish !!

I’ve had this toaster for a bit over 3 years. It looks good and doesn’t take up much space. Unfortunately it toasts very unevenly. We normally reduce our toasting time and flip the toast in the middle, otherwise we get one side burned and the other very blonde. Sadly the numbering on the timer dial has started to wear off – the 1 symbol is gone now. Overall a simple, attractive toaster that does an underwhelming job of browning toast.
