The two long slots make it useful for normal bread or sourdough. The black finish looks great as well.

We bought this toaster a month ago after looking at many reviews. We wanted a long toaster and this seemed to tick all the boxes. However, since we got it we rarely use it as it just cooks too much. Even toasting on the first setting gives a dark brown toast, and if you do it twice on setting 1 then you end up with burnt toast. We tried setting two and you get burnt toast the first time. So, this toaster runs too hot. Despite looking great on the bench, I'd never buy it again.
