Love this toaster, always wants a 4 one, and to have sides that work on different controls is excellent. Matches my kettle perfectly!

This is our second one of these toaster and we have had the same issue with both toaster. While the uneven browning is an issue in itself, the major issue that we have had is the racks on the outside slots that you put the bread on to get toasted, have malfunctioned to the point that the outside slots are unusable. I must say that the I am very disappointed with the overall quality of this toaster, especially since we have had the same problem on two different toaster, bought a year apart. Can't recommend this product at, even though I really do like the aesthetics of it.
