I’m usually pretty impressed with Appliances online, but this item was an unfortunate dud. Wasn’t worth the hassle to go through the warranty process to replace / get fixed so this unfortunately went in the bin. Bought a kambrook instead which is working well.

Up to this point, we had always bought the expensive Breville smart toasters with all bells and whistles features. After twice finding out after two years these high feature toasters just stop, we not inclined to buy another $120 plus toaster. So went for the basic, yet stylist Sunbeam diamond collection toaster for just $35 After two months the toaster is doing its job without any fuss. It doesn’t have all the features but it can toast from frozen. It can toast muffins, it can toast banana bread. You might have to fiddle around getting the settings correct, but it’s no big deal. For the price, and from my experience, you can’t go wrong.
