Hard to get the toast out as the extra lifter doesn’t quite lift bread high enough. And all the expansive silver metal top heats up and is hot to accidentally touch when trying to move toaster or get toast out. Not exactly a cool touch toaster. The $15 Kmart two slice toaster I had before this one worked better.

This toaster is ok. I doesn't take large slices of bread or widely sliced bread. Annoying really. At least it doesn't have an alarm or high pitched sound when the toast is done. Or those awful blue or orange lights. That is why I bought it.

I love the look of my toaster and was impressed with the speedy delivery - ordered at night, delivered early the following morning. Works well and good value for money.
