Wonderful. A good, old fashioned iron. It glides!! Fantastic. Thank you for the ironing board as well - all I wanted was an iron and now I have a wonderful combination. I did not know that Sunbeam "did" ironing boards too!!

Hello I refer to the below message, and advise - THE EAGLE HAS LANDED....!! Many thanks for the amazing service.. NEVER EVER - have I experienced such professional communication, service, nor the satisfaction of dealing with such a VERY well organised company. You certainly have the systems in-place to ensure smooth speedy dispatch and guaranteeing client satisfaction.. A virtue which is long LOST with most retailers these days!! I only ordered this item YESTERDAY AFTERNOON and here I am AT 9:20 AM the very next MORNING with the appliance delivered to my door...by a most polite attentive courteous delivery driver!!! FANTASTIC SERVICE - AND to top it all off, I received TWO communique's earlier this morning, one as TEXT and one by a clear concise courteous phone message (as I didn't even have my mobile ON at that time of the morning..YET!!!) and next. doorbell rings and here it is - AT 9:20 AM...!!! Good Afternoon, Thank you for this product question, when downloading the user manual from our website this model does not have the Auto Shut off feature, this model Sunbeam does have this feature: Sunbeam Verve Extreme Steam Iron SRC6000.
