I ordered my Beefeater BBQ on the 27/12/2010 and at the time I was advised that there was to be a delay (approx 3-4 weeks) on the delivery of my BBQ, which I was fine with. It was great to receive a call from appliances online between christmas and new year keeping me up to date with my back order. I then again received another call on 05/01/2011 advising me my order was being despatched already and that I should receive it in approx 3 days. It arrived exactly as indicated. GREAT SERVICE. The only issue was the carrier who delivered it to a different address than the one clearly shown on the delivery docket ! Would gladly purchase another product from Appliances online. Great prices
Just wanted to feed back how impressed my husband and I have been both times we have used your service. Not only with the great prices, but the delivery process. This time we purchased a Fisher Paykel washing machine. Not only did we get it delivered the very next day, but we received 2 courtesy calls telling us when it would arrive. In addition the two men who delivered the machine were so friendly, even beeping on departure, much to the amusement of my 8 month old daughter! It's so nice to deal with such a professional company.
