I have recently used the Cafe Series Planetary Mixmaster. Great mixer and easy to use. The timer is a handy feature, helpful in preventing over mixing with certain ingredients. Little bit jumpy when mixing heavy based ingredients but weighty enough to prevent movement of the mixer. The clear guard is great to keep ingredients within the bowl as well as being able to add as you mix. Comes with a paddle mixer, paddle mixer with rubber scraper edge, a dough hook and a whisk which covers all the types of ingredients that you would ever need it for. Easy to clean and not fussy to use. The cord storage is a good feature as cord is stored within the unit which will prevent damage. Mindful not to over tighten the mixing bowl as it was a bit hard to turn back. Overall , a great product and look forward to cooking and creating a lot more with it. It also has a clean and classic look and a great addition to the kitchen.
