    So disappointed!
    This could be a review of 2 entirely different products. Purchased a/f in Jan 2025 & loved it!! Early Oct, light in Oven 2 failed so called Sunbeam for a replacement bulb. Was told bulb was "internal electrical feature" so was impressed with their offer of a new a/f. As I've never done on line reviews, I emailed my praise & thanks. Week later replacement came from AO. Whilst cooking dinner, opened door of Oven 1 - delay of 3 seconds before light came on, awful whirring & clicking sound & timer continued, instead of pausing as it should. By comparison, Oven 2 worked faultlessly. Sunbeam apologised & arranged ANOTHER replacement. None in stock at AO, so waited until 29 Oct to receive 3rd appliance. Turned it on, EXACTLY the same result!! Sunbeam Customer Service is actually in Poland & advised there's no-one to speak with in Australia. Authorised another replacement, but AO advised they would NOT replace, only offer refunds or store credit. Current price is now some $60 more than I paid, so I'll be financially penalise. I think they've secured a faulty batch anyway. I'm still waiting to hear from AO about refund. Their staff are great, delivery service is faultless, but this has been a huge disappointment for a previously loyal customer.

    GREAT AIR FRYER OVEN
    Lovely machine. Looks good and does a good job. I do find though that the oven definitely needs to warm to temperature first, and you need to turn things over halfway through. I did not have to do that with my previous air fryer oven. It is very useful being able to cook some items separately with the two sides working completely independantly to the other, or even being able to time them to end simultaneously. All in all I am delighted with my purchase and would recommend it.
